Hey guys

Just checking in how you guys are doing. I've been kind of busy seeing some idiots ended up hiring me for my art. Kind of cool to get paid to fuck around in Adobe programs.

Anyway I've been working on a new portfolio with a cool kick ass animation to go with it. It's not finished so I can't show you guys the whole thing. But you can let you take a look at a logo I've been working on for myself. It's almost finished. I'm just not sure what to do with the text.

Thanks for all the good times guys. If it wasn't for Newgrounds I'd probably being going insane in an asylum somewhere. Now I can at least go crazy in the comfort of my own home.

I wish I had something heartfelt and meaningfull prepared about 10 years Newgrounds, but I always put off posting here because I got nothing prepared or finished. Maybe I should stop doing that and just do whatever I feel like.

I have to admit that I do miss talking to you guys here. Growing up fucking sucks.

At least drinking legally is nice. Also hangovers are less frequent. The only benefit.

congrats dude. The logo looks nice too. I think maybe you should have the "oupcat" and "design" parts made fade in or something. Like, let the cat animation finish then fade in those parts.

Also, before the eyes blink, both ears shift downward a bit, first the cat's left(our right), then the cat's right(our left). Maybe it was intentional, maybe not, but letting you know regardless!

I do like it though! Congrats again on ze jobb!

As far as growing up, you can either worry about it or let it eat you. Besides "growing up" is just a social construct anyway. I mean, yeah, most of us have to get jobs and shit, but you can make the best of it and you seem to be doing art, which I assume is your passion. Not everyone can say that, as sad as that is. So, keep that in mind. Also, not everyone has paying gigs with art either!

Yeah I figure growing up is more of a decision than anything else. But nothing is fully black and white, so I indeed try keep that little irresponsible kid in me going by drawing and other things. It's just sometimes it gets to me because I feel like I'm going against my nature, but you have to make compromises in life I guess.
